3-Day Maasai Mara Safari Package

Your safari begins with a pick-up from Nairobi. You'll travel overland, descending into the Great Rift Valley with a stop at a viewpoint for breathtaking photos. The journey continues through Maasai country, arriving at your camp or lodge on the edge of the reserve in time for a late lunch. After checking in, you’ll head out for your first thrilling afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, getting your first taste of the incredible wildlife that awaits.

Today is all about total immersion in the wild. You’ll spend the entire day exploring the vast plains of the Mara in search of its famous residents. With a picnic lunch packed, you can travel deeper into the reserve, heading towards the Mara River, the site of the dramatic river crossings during the Great Migration (July-October). Your guide will use their expert knowledge to track down prides of lions, solitary leopards, herds of elephants, and much more. This is a day of pure, uninterrupted wildlife viewing.

You’ll wake up early for one final game drive, a last chance to catch the predators as they finish their morning hunt. After returning to your lodge for breakfast, you’ll check out and begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi. You'll arrive back in the city in the late afternoon, where your unforgettable Mara adventure concludes with a drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
